Packages and proposals
Published packages describe proposed services. A written proposal or agreement confirms the actual scope, price, schedule, approvals, revision rounds and billing terms. Submitting an assessment or selecting a package does not create a paid engagement.
Payment, cancellation & revisions
Payment schedules, renewal terms, cancellation notice, refunds and revision limits are specified in your signed service agreement. No payment is collected through this website until a payment provider is activated. Request an invoice or proposal before committing to a service.
Approvals and access
Clients supply accurate business information and materials they have permission to use. Content is approved before publication. Account access and message opt-in requirements are confirmed before campaigns are activated.
Costs and results
Ad spend, printing, postage, filming, travel and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless stated in the agreement. Marketing outcomes vary and no specific sales, leads or revenue result is guaranteed. Sample portfolio concepts are not client testimonials.
Creative rights & confidentiality
Ownership, licenses and delivery of final creative files are confirmed in the service agreement. Third-party images, music, fonts and other materials remain subject to their licenses. Client information is handled according to the privacy notice; campaign examples are published only with appropriate permission.

Training and financial review
Training provides general business education. A financial review is an initial assessment through WP Tax & Accounting; individualized tax, accounting or legal engagements require separate terms.
